SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery Timeline
We offer a 7–10 working days delivery on most products ordered through our website. Your order will be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.
Working days are Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
For orders placed via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets, the delivery timeline begins only after successful payment verification.
Delivery Exclusions & Delays
The following scenarios are not covered under the standard delivery timeline:
- Delivery delays due to customer unavailability at the shipping address. Courier partners may or may not contact you prior to delivery attempts, which is beyond our control. Customers are advised to track shipments using the provided details (such as docket number) and coordinate with the courier directly if required.
- Deliveries to remote locations or outskirts of cities/towns may take additional time.
- In case any product is out of stock, we will inform you regarding the expected restocking timeline. You may choose to wait, or request a cancellation and refund.
During peak periods such as Christmas and Deepawali, deliveries may be delayed due to increased demand on courier services. However, orders remain trackable and will be delivered as soon as possible.
Shipping Policies
While we strive to ship all items in a single shipment, this may not always be possible due to product availability or characteristics.
Certain PIN codes may be non-serviceable, and in such cases, orders will not be accepted online. You will be prompted to provide an alternate PIN code.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. For multiple delivery locations, separate orders must be placed.
If a Way Bill or Road Permit is required, it must be arranged by the customer, and this may impact delivery timelines.
Shipping Charges
We ship across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.
Door delivery may be limited to ground floor only by some service providers.
Deliveries to remote or outskirts areas may incur additional freight charges. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Local charges such as Octroi, State Entry Charges, etc., if applicable, must be borne by the customer and might be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Shipping charges are displayed at the Cart/Checkout page and may vary depending on the product’s size or volume.
Additional charges may apply in certain cases, such as for heavy or special-category items.
If no such charges are applicable in your city, no additional payment is required beyond your order total.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is not shipped within the specified timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of non-delivery, and we will assist you.
In cases where the courier partner marks the shipment as delivered but it has not been received, we do not assume liability for the loss, damage, or delay. However, we will provide all necessary shipment details (such as tracking number and invoice) and assist you in coordinating with the courier service. Customers are required to follow up directly with the shipping provider in such situations.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears opened or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact our support team immediately for further assistance. For more details, refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
