RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns & Replacements
We currently do not offer returns. However, we provide a replacement/exchange facility for eligible cases.
To initiate a replacement or exchange:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID details.
- Once your request is approved, you will be required to courier the originally delivered product back to us.
- The product must be in unused condition, with all price tags, labels, original packaging, and invoice included.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges for returning the product are to be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Replacement/exchange requests must be initiated immediately upon receiving the product.
- Replacement is supported within 10 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Made-to-order or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Free & Easy Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. All products are delivered in brand-new condition.
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not as described
You are eligible for a free replacement.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package, as this helps us validate and process your request efficiently.
Replacement Process
- Customers are required to courier the product back to us after initiating a replacement request.
- Ensure the product is securely packed with:
- All tags and labels
- Original packaging
- Invoice
- Clearly mention the Invoice ID on the package.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Replacement will be processed after we receive the returned product.
Replacement Timeline
Once your replacement request is approved:
- You will receive an email confirmation with details.
- The replacement will be initiated after we receive the original product.
If your replacement is not processed within the promised timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Free Gifts with Orders
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the original product when initiating a replacement.
Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel your exchange request and retain the product:
- Please contact our support team.
If the replacement product has not yet been dispatched, we will return your original product (shipping charges applicable).
If the replacement has already been dispatched, it cannot be refused upon delivery.
Partial Exchange
You may initiate an exchange at the item level.
If your order contains multiple items, partial exchanges are allowed.
Non-Eligible Exchange Cases
Replacement or exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged due to use, or altered
- Product is not in the original condition as delivered
- Consumable or perishable items that have been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or freebies
- Customized or made-to-order products
Replacement Guarantee
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a replacement within 10 days of delivery.
Once approved:
- The product will be recalled
- A brand-new replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, excluding any transaction fees (if applicable).
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped or delivered.
Order Cancellation by Us
In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:
- Product being out of stock
- Product deemed not feasible to ship
- Restrictions based on offers or purchase limits
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
- Non-serviceable delivery location
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
For prepaid orders:
- Refunds will be processed within 4–5 days from the date of cancellation.
- You will be notified via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding the cancellation.
